I really like how it asks what I’m needing and then suggests meditations that actually match my mood. It literally makes it so much easier to keep up with instead of just scrolling around forever trying to choose something.

"Canceling was easy, unlike so many other companies"
I only used it for a little while and had to cancel because of my budget, which was frustrating enough on its own. I was ready to get annoyed because so many companies make canceling a total nightmare and act like it’s your fault for wanting to leave. But thankfully, this one didn’t pull that nonsense. My account page clearly showed me what to do, and the confirmation email came through right away. No weird runaround, no guilt trip, no pressure to stay. i wish more companies would stop playing games and do it like this. It actually made me trust them more.

"Okay, the reminders are actually super helpful"
I didn’t think the reminders would make that much of a difference, but they kind of do. They pop up right when I need them and don’t feel irritating, which surprised me. I’ll be in the middle of my day and it’s like, oh yeah, take a few minutes. Simple thing, but it’s made sticking with mindfulness way easier for me

"Easy to get into as a beginner"
I started using mindfulness.com not really knowing what I was doing, and it was easy to get into. The beginner sessions are short and simple, which helped me actually keep going.
I also like that it doesn’t make a big deal when your mind wanders. It just feels calm and straightforward. Good option if you’re new to this.

I wasn’t expecting a huge change, but after a few days I did notice my anxiety felt more manageable. I felt a bit calmer overall, which was really encouraging. It’s nice to find something that actually gives you a little confidence that you can get through the day feeling more steady.

I wasn’t totally sure about paying monthly for yet another app, but mindfulness.com has been worth it. The daily sessions are simple and easy to follow, and I actually do use it most days, which says a lot for me. There’s a lot on there for the price, more than enough really, and it just feels like good value. So far, I’m happy with it, really happy.

To be fair, I wasn’t expecting anything dramatic, but I have noticed I feel calmer most days now. It’s helped me pause a bit instead of rushing through everything, and that alone has been worth it for me.

I wasn’t totally sure at first if I was doing mindfulness “right,” so I really needed something that made it feel simple and not intimidating. This has actually helped me practice little skills I can use during the day. I’m definitely not perfect at it yet, but I do feel calmer than I used to, and that’s been really reassuring.

"Helpful and calming, with a little repetition"
I’ve been using mindfulness.com for a few weeks now, and overall I’ve had a good experience. The instructors have a calm, reassuring style, and I like that the shorter sessions are easy to fit in before my day gets going. I’m usually a bit cautious with wellness apps because I don’t want to rely on something that feels too pushy or overpromises results, but this one feels low-pressure and practical. A few of the topics do start to sound a little repetitive after a while, though it hasn’t really been a dealbreaker for me. When I remember to use it, it does help me slow down and feel a bit more centered.

I really like how many choices there are. I was just browsing through it one evening after dinner, not even looking for anything specific, and there were short sessions, ones for sleep, stress, and a bunch of other things. It’s nice because I don’t always have a lot of time, but I can still find something that fits what I need

"I really like the idea behind the..."
I really like the idea behind the site, but using it has been such a hassle. Sessions either won’t load or freeze halfway through, and sometimes the audio randomly cuts out. I’ve tried it on both Wi-Fi and data, so at this point I’m just wasting energy trying to get it to work when I’m supposed to be relaxing. Frustrating.

I’ve been feeling pressured lately, and this has actually helped me fall asleep quicker most nights. It’s not some huge miracle, but I do notice I’m not lying there as long.

"Nice app, but the audio drove me a little crazy"
I actually really like some of the meditations, and there are moments where I’m totally ready to relax… but then the sound gets all muffled or weirdly uneven and it snaps me right out of it. I kept having to adjust the volume between sessions, which felt like the exact opposite of calming. For something I’m paying for, I expected the audio to be way cleaner. It’s a good app overall, but the sound issues are ridiculously frustrating.

"Really good meditation content"
I’ve been using mindfulness.com for a few weeks now, the meditation content is really good. I wasn’t expecting to stick with it this much, but it’s been easy to make it part of my day.
The sessions are calm, simple, and not ridiculously long or overcomplicated, which I really appreciate. I like being able to pick something based on how I’m feeling, whether I need help sleeping, calming down from stress, or just doing a quick reset.
There are definitely some voices I like more than others, but overall it’s been a solid experience. It feels simple, useful, and actually helps me stay consistent.

"Didn't really work for me"
As someone who’s usually open to trying stress-relief stuff, I was hoping this would help more than it did. A few sessions were okay and felt nice in the moment, but overall I still felt stressed afterward. It just didn’t make much of a difference for me.

"Easy to keep up with"
I’ve been using Mindfulness most mornings, it’s made it a lot easier to stick with the habit. The sessions are short enough that it doesn’t feel like another big thing on my to-do list, which I really appreciate. To be fair, that’s probably what makes it work for me, I can actually fit it into a normal day without feeling pressured
